This quest can be unlocked during your stay on planetVoeld.
In this quest you must examine Kett database as requested by one of the Angara scholars.
To do that you must visit Kett operations center.
This quest can be unlocked after you reachTechiixon planetVoeld.
There, you might meet with Angara scholar calledAri Vesjek.
This quest can be continued only after you attack theKett baseonVoeldduringRemove the Heartside quest.
After getting to the base and eliminating the enemy forces you could search for the database terminal.
The security matrix is in the north-west part of Kett base.
When you get there check the area and search for its weak points.
Sabotage all of them (approach them and hold the interaction button).
The new console is in the south-west part of the base.
Hack it to retrieve the historical data.
