How to unlock:Talk toCaptain KellsonPrydwen(M7,2).
The quest will become available once you complete theDuty or Dishonorquest and after you start theLiberty Reprimedquest.
Kellswill ask you to killVirgil, the supermutant - researcher who can be found on the glowing sea.
Go to theRocky Cavelocation that is advanced to the southwestern edge of the map.
After a short conversationVirgilwill attack you.
Kill him and destroy few robots that will become unfriendly towards you.
Now go back toPrydwenship and talk toKells.
He will give you ahelmet for the power armor.
Quest rewards:Experience points,power armor helmet.
