It is occupied byAtom Cats- an organization that, just like the Brotherhood of Steel, uses power armors.
If you want to, and you complete several short quests, you might join them.

In the area, you’re free to find several power armors of various types.
Unfortunately, taking one is always considered theft.
In spite of that, if you take one, theCatsshould not attack you.
Here, it’s possible for you to barter withBluejay, who is selling a little bit of everything.
After you join the Cats, i.e.
In the trailer behind the garages, there is an issue ofHotrodder.
To join Atom cats, you should probably complete several short quests.
All of them appear on your Pip-Boy in the “miscellaneous” tab.
First of all, you gotta talk toZeke, who is the leader here.
He tells you to find and talk toRowdy.
you’re free to find her in the garage of the gas station.
She tasks you with fixing the water pump inWarwick.
This is a settlement to the East ofAtom Cats Garage.
After you get there, approach the extension to the South and fix the pump.
Now, findJune Warwickon the farm and report on that.
Return toAtom Cats Garageand report the repair toRowdy.
Right after the conversation, a gunner attack starts .
You will have to deal with several regular opponents, a legendary one and a combat robot.
After that, talk toZekeand you will be accepted into the Atom Cats.
