It is at the back of the Boston Airport location.
7Nordhagen Beach- Small farm, which can be your settlement after completing one random quest.
8Fort Strong- Fort Strong is controlled by super mutants.
Elimination of them is connected with one of the Brotherhood of Steel’s quest.
In the armory you will find U.S. Covert Operations Manual.
9Four Leaf Fishpacking Plant- This place is controlled by ghouls.
You will find 2 fusion cores, minigun and Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor magazine here.
10General Atomics Factory- You will meet 10-15 hostile robots.
By solving simple puzzle you could get 3 fusion cores.
You will meet many mirelurks.
There is pipe that connect brewery with Gwinnett Restaurant.
In the control room it’s possible for you to find Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor magazine.
12South Boston Police Department- You will meet only two mongrels inside.
There is also a safe (expert level) on the first floor of the building.
13Andrew Station- The Station is occupied by group of 20-30 raiders.
14The Gwinnett Restaurant- The Restaurant is connected by a pipe with Gwinnett Brewery.
You will meet a group of super mutants and find much food and beer inside.
You will find Guns & Bullets magazine, flame thrower, rocket launcher and more here.
This place is connected with several Minutemen’s quests.
16South Boston High School- Small raiders encampment.
In the building, and outside, you could find few interesting items.
17Spectacle Island- The Island is occupied by mirelurks (one mireluks' queen).
It can be your settlement and can find here Luck Bobblehead for example.
