How to unlock:Talk withDaisythe merchant in theGoodneighborlocation (M6,4).
During the dialogue you might negotiate twice the payment fromDaisyif you have highCharisma.
In both places the door is locked with a second rank lock.
Map which you see above is related to the side quest - finding thebooksthat weren’t returned on time.
It also shows the location of theIntelligence Bobblehead.
Don’t attack the robots inside.
They aren’t hostile.
Go left and hide between them.
After a while, supermutants will enter the building through the main entrance.
Get rid of them.
Robots will help you.
Behind the door at the end of the room you will find theIntelligence Bobblehead.
The key to the locked container is lying on the desk next to the terminal, near the door.
If you want to complete the optional objective, you must return all thebooksthat weren’t returned on time.
For each book you will receive5 tokens.
Other tokens can be found in bodies of dead enemies.
you could also return here later when you will obtain more of them.
The location of the books to return can be found on the map at the beginning of this chapter.
