During the flight, focus your attention especially on the Behemoth - the biggest of all super mutants.
It is difficult to miss him.
As soon as you gun the Behemoth down, the vertibird lands.
Go to the center of the town.
Remember to loot the enemies that you have killed, including the Behemoth.
In the building, there are several super mutants, including a legendary one.
After you have secured the ground floor, enter the lift and ride to the lower level.
Here, you will have to defeat several more super mutants, including one with rocket launcher.
