Sometimes fighting in AC can be very chaotic which leaves you at a disadvantage.
However, if you learn basic techniques, completing your mission will be much easier.
One of the most important things is choosing the status.

Counter Attack

Do a step withA/Xbutton and attack.
If your enemy is standing in guard position step forward and attack.
Dodge
A defensive technique, which allows you to dodge enemy’s attacks.
PushA/Xin High Profile at the moment of the attack.
If you lose too much energy, run away and wait till the bar is full again.
Use help of the vigilantes or scholars during runaways.
If you get cornered withdraw from the fight and move to better location and lock into the fight again.
