Go inside the hideout, go right, you will find Denby.
He gives Amy thecrossbowwith twobolts.
Talk with him and give him the lottery ticket.
In return he gives you eightstrings.
Take also anooselyingon the ground near the dead guard.
Reading the message left on the board
Then look at the board.
The note you found under the broken vase is a hint to this puzzle.
Use the strings that Denby gave you to connect letters which are mentioned in the note.
Correctly connected letters will combine into a name:MILTON(on the screenshot below).
It’s a hint to search for Danton in the reactor tunnel.
Leave the hideout and the alley.
Choose reactor entrance on the map.
Go down to the tunnel where you meet Danton and Bruce.
