M37 Exit to Elms' Reach.
It is a side quest that you perform for the Scarlet Chorus.
Again, it is given bySplinterinCacophonyafter the completion of theOpportune Offensivequest.
You have to go toBoulder Reef Villageto free some rebels.
On the roof of a building, you will find the rebels.
You needSubterfuge 52to free them.
It is the only option to save them.
Once you do, just report back toSplinter.
This time, you won’t receive any reward aside from experience and bonuses to skills.
This quest is entirely linear-it has no dialogues and alternative approach opportunities.
