Move on after your companion saves you.

You will reach a bridge from which your friend is being attacked.
There’s asniperin one of the windows [180m].
The secondmarksmanis on the right side [180m].
In the end, get rid of the two mercenaries on the bridge [90m].
Head onto the stairs and you will come across Diaz.
If you’re having problems locating them, turn on the night-vision goggles.
Run to the next building and go up the ladder.
SECRET 4/4- On a barrel on the left, beside the building exit.
The further road won’t feature any obstacles.
You will reach a small square with a few enemies.
First off take care of the sniper in the tower [170m].
