The mission becomes available after you completeLand Among the Stars.
You gain access to this mission after you talk toJaneyatSerenity’s Waste.
Take the posters that she gives you and also take the ones lying next to the printer.
Then, head towardsRegolith Range.
Get to the location shown in the above screenshot.
Talks to theNPCand give him the posters to sign.
As soon as you receive information fromJaney, shoot him and collect the posters from the ground.
Head Northwards and hang the posters.
Some of the spots are difficult to access, like e.g.
the one shown in the above screenshot.
You simply need to jump onto the nearby rooftop to get there.
