You will get, this way, to the library.
Talk to Nico and Eva.
Take a look into theTrunk, remove theHatand theShirt.
Underneath, you will find aFolded Note.
In your inventory, there will appear aTelegram.
Click it with the right mouse button - it contains an encrypted message.
Highlight a letter in the note and snag the corresponding letter of the alphabet below.
The decrypted letter appears on top, above the note.
The key word is Tabula Veritatis.
If you still have problems decrypting the note, take a look at the below screenshot.
Girona is one of the four locations that you gotta mark on the map.

It is Sant Ramon.
