You must explore its eastern part, specifically thesmall shrinepictured above.

The game will mark a new explorable area.
This time you must check thelarge buildingpictured above.
Climb up or glide to reach theroof.
There you’ll find theShrine Keypictured above.
You won’t find Yosuke there, but you’ll complete the quest anyway.
The marker of a new side quest,Hide and Seek III, will appear immediately.
