The order in which you collect the Cassette Tapes doesn’t matter.
Their location on the map is a bit unchronological, but don’t worry about that.
Only collecting the cassettes #3 and #5 requires you to change the order of rescuing the prisoners.
If you find all the Cassette Tapes, you will be rewarded with the achievement “Information”.
you could get there only from the inside, using a ladder by the wall.
You will find the cassette on the desk.
Cassette number 5 can be collected only if you rescue Paz first.
You will hear two guards talking about it.
The cassette is lying on one of the trash cans behind the building.
A special cassette with music is located in the cell next to Chico’s.
You just need to kick off the second door and collect it.
The fourth cassette is a reward for rescuing the convict in the refugee camp.
