The main objective of this mission is to take care of the enemy lieutenant Pete Santini.
you might weaken the racket by using various methods that are described below.
Important - before you get going weakening this racket, you should wiretap all the boxes in Barclay Mills.

You should perform the theft in the warehouse located in the southern part of the district.

Break into it and take the money and you will weaken the enemy racket by 5 thousand dollars.
The map is located in one of the buildings guarded by gangsters.
You should get inside it by using an alternative entrance.
Look for the stairs shown on the above picture.
They will lead you to the exterior balconies.
From there Lincoln can use one of the open windows.
After using the window you will reach a small metal balcony on the first floor of the building.
Now you must walk down to the ground floor - use the stairs shown on the above picture.
Leave the magazine by using the same way you walked in.
This objective will be unlocked once you manage to steal the map.
The gun trade takes place in two different locations in the southern part of the map.
Before you perform the sabotage, you should silently takedown as many enemies as possible.
Once you erase the area enough, use guns or explosives to destroy the weapon supplies.
Important - you’ve got the option to take this chance to gather some equipment.
In each camp you will find large quantities of weapons, ammunition and Molotov’s cocktails.
Once again you should use the exterior stairs to easily and safely reach the first floor of the building.
This time you should take interest in the offices on the first floor.
Try silently takedown at least a few of nearby gangsters (whistling might be very helpful).
Once you reset the path to Santini, get close to him and capture him.
As usually, you might kill or recruit him.
Important- You must decide who you will give the district to - Cassandra, Burke or Vito.
Each of them will offer you a different business in return for the district.
