After getting inside run ahead killing all soldiers along your way.
After a moment you should see a defense turret hidden around the corner.
Use EMP Grenades lying on the nearby container to destroy it.
The explosion should also neutralize the first generator.
A second one can be found upstairs, on the right side of the large square.
Neutralizing the generator will make nearby lasers disabled.
On the other side kill a group of enemies and go up the stairs to the upper floor.
A corridor will lead you to the room with two shielded soldiers.
Use Pulse Shots or Electro Belts to get rid of them and after that destroy the third generator.
The mission is over now.
