This safehouse has been located in the middle of nowhere.
The only settlement in this area is the bar on the top of the volcano.

This is definitely one of the most useful safehouses in the entire game.
First of all, it’s located in the central part of this island.
There’s also a gunship here (one of the first armed helicopters you will be rewarded with).
You will be able to use it to travel quickly to other settlements.
You should also take a closer look at your personal map.
There are a lot of packages here.
check that that you pick them all up.
RIOJA 05

It’s also located in a very suitable place.
There’s a villa nearby, so you won’t have any problems getting new helicopters.
You will be able to use them to explore some of the nearby settlements.
I recommend that you use this safehouse to take full control over the entire sector of the map.
This is a quite interesting safehouse.

You will be able to use different kinds of boats (the game will provide one for free).
There’s also a huge airport nearby.
You could use one of the available cars so that get to it.
RIOJA 07

You should definitely take a closer look at what this safehouse has to offer.
You will be rewarded with an ARMORED VEHICLE (Ballard M5B1 Scout).
RIOJA 08

The only advantage of this safehouse is that it’s located near the southern part of the city.
It also means that you won’t be able to put requests for vehicles or Extractions.
As a result, I would recommend that you start looking for something else.
Rioja 07 hideout is much more useful.

You could visit one of the nearby settlements, however this is not necessary.
