He can move freely aroundKronstadt buildingand many different zones.
Almost always carries themagnetic entrance card to Kronstadton him.
Mechanics / Race drivers

They have medium clearance, however higher than the event crew and security guards.
They are the only ones that can move around the garage of their team.
They have themagnetic card to the garage area.
They often have thekey to the event areawith them.
Race Marshall
He moves freely around the racing track, however, is not welcome atKronstadt building.
Sometimes, they carry thekey to the event area.
Ted Mendez
Ted Mendez is a story-related character -The New Armymission.
He is wearing the Military Man uniform.
He has much leeway when going around theKronstadt building.
