The Ark Architect outfitcan be easily acquired just by reaching Sgail Mastery Level 18.

Knock him out and hide on the balcony.
This outfit allows you to reach the top floors of the castle - among others, the room theconclavegathers.
Agent 47 has to look for the guards that guard the stair.
With it, you could reach theconclaveroom, thePenthouse, theLibrary, and theConstant’s Office.
This outfit can be acquired on the same balcony as theCastle Staffoutfit described above.
Here, however, use a throwable object on the balcony to lure one of theElite Guardsguarding the stars.
