Break the cracked brick.

you better head south of the LEGO brick visible on the map.
Go around the houses and you should find a few platforms with targets on top of them.
Hit both of them, jump up along the bars and follow the ropes to the Mithril LEGO brick.

Launch the gathered fireworks.
