How to claim Ancient Magic Hotspots?
There are 20 Ancient Magic Hotspots inHogwarts Legacy, and they are a collectible unique to the Highlands region.
After a certain amount of completed Hotspots, your Ancient Magic Meter will be increased.
To make matters easier, use Revelio and remember that some areas are only accessible by broom.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #11
Region: Feldcroft Region.
The Hotspot is next to the Ashwinders camp.
Start by clearing the area of opponents.
The first object is on the stairs, pick it up and then switch to broom.
The second and third objects are in the destroyed building next to the Ashwinders tent.
Land on top, then go down the ladder.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #12
Watch out for 2 level 28 goblins here.
Climb the ladder and pick up the first object.
Use Confringo on the crane and jump to the other side for the third object.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #13
The first object is in the destroyed tower.
Once you got it, exit the tower and switch to broom.
you’re free to find the second object on top of the nearby ruins.
The third object is near the troll lair.
There are some strong enemies there, either face them or do a quick snatch and grab.
The second object is on top of the ruins.
The third object is near the entrance to the cave and a Merlin Trial.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #15
Region: Poidsear Coast.
kick off the level 1 door and get inside.
Break the boards blocking the passage to the next room and enter it.
The object is behind a stone blockade - use Confringo and collect it.
Now move the crate to the vicinity of the table and lift it using Levioso.
Climb the crate to pull up the upper area of the castle.
Walk over the planks and pick up the second object.
Turn left, walk over the planks and climb the ladder to the attic for the third object.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #16
Cross the bridge and approach the first building.
Remove the blockade and jump inside.
Go to the second building and go inside through the door.
Turn left and go through a hole in the wall to dive into the next room.
Remove the vines with a fire spell and pick up the second object.
Go back to the previous room and remove the vines from the wall.
Use Accio on the handle and move the box towards you.
Jump on it and pick up the third object.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #17
Region: Marunweem Lake.
Switch to broom and fly up to the wooden platform to collect the first object.
Jump to the next platform and use Accio to pull the handle by the planks.
Continue forward and defeat all goblins found here.
The second object is behind a level 3 lock.
The last object is above the boat by the bridge.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #18
Jump on the broom and fly to the first object.
Scan the area and find broken planks, then fix them with the Reparo spell.
Go outside, switch to broom and land on the platform at the back of the building.
Go forward and collect the second object.
Return to the lowest floor of the castle.
The third object is behind the gate.
To get access to it, destroy the boards blocking the gate mechanism and open it with Depulso.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #19
Region: Manor Cape.
Scan the area and smash the planks on the ceiling with Accio.
When the box drops, pick it up with Levioso and jump up to get the first object.
A level 2 door blocks the way.
Enter the frog statue and teleport to the room with the third object.
Ancient Magic Hotspot #20
Region: Cragcroftshire.
Go up the stairs and pick up the first object.
Switch to broom and fly to the top of the tower for the second object.
The third object is near the outer wall of the tower.
