Aloy canmeet up with the companionsstaying at the hideout.
Characters who have new conversation topics available are marked with white exclamation points.
Additionally, green exclamation points may appear to display the possibility of unlocking side quests.
In the Base, there is a Fabrication Terminal, which allows you tounlock new machines to override.
One of the base’s rooms will eventually becomeAloy’s private quarters.
The Base features one more useful object: asupply crate.
Valuable items appear there regularly and you’ve got the option to pick them up for free.
These may include different kinds of potions, machine parts, crafting ingredients or metal shards.
The base also features smaller facilities:a workbenchfor crafting new items anda storage roomfor storing temporarily unwanted items.
Gaining access to new rooms of the Base
Not all rooms of the Base are immediately accessible.
Some of them will initially be closed or empty.

GAIA can inform you about unlocking new rooms and their use.
Initially, they may be marked with question marks on the map of the Base.
