Go to Vaivenes region.
The Cow Gun is on a certain farm - its location is marked in the picture above.
Get off the main road and keep moving until you reach a farm with three buildings.
Head to the brightest one.The Cow Gun is near two flower pots beneath the awning.
If you don’t see the Cow Gun here, restart the game.
The Cow Gun should now spawn in that place.
You need only one shot with the Cow Gun to turn your target into a cow.
