Insert the badge with dongle into the computer and go for the monitor.
The armory will open and you will receive a new weapon.

There you will find ayellow boxon the table.
pop crack open the box and you will find thecar keysinside.
This weapon is only available for Claire - Leon will find theLightning Hawk upgradehere.
The mini-gun simply lies on the table and it will help you in fight with the final boss.
