Imperial Guard
Regular army of “Empire”.
Main strengths are the number of cheap soldiers in infantry squads and the heavy armor possibilities.
Commissar- Officer responsible for leading squad on battlefield.
His special ability allows for restoring squad morale to full.
Command Squad- Includes main hero/commander (Vance Stubbs) of Imperial Guards army.
Fully upgraded, can summon four additional squad members.
Guardsmen- Regular Imperial infantry formation.
Squad members from 4 to even 13 people.
Squad is very good at long distance fighting, but weak against flamethrowers.
Possible upgrades: armor, morale, damages, and range.
Can unload heavy weapon and defend or support with fire formations on first line of battle.
Possible upgrades: HMG.
Strong against heavy/light infantry, vehicles and aircrafts.
Flamehound- Armored vehicle; strong against buildings and infantry.
Marauder Bomber- Useful only thanks to special abilities, weak in open fight.
Ogryns- mutated people (they wanted to create super soldiers).
Very good HP and damages as for squad of this throw in.
Squad members from 3 to 7 solders.
Karskin- Special Forces squad.
Very good HP, morale and damages from long distance weapons.
Squad members from 4 to 10 soldiers.
Can be armed with same weapons as standard infantry.
Chimera- APC/Storm vehicle, very good damages and impressive HP.
Probably best APC (transport vehicle) in whole game.
Sentinel- MechWarrior/walker, looks like one of those from Star Wars movies.
Very good damages and quite good HP.
Strong against buildings, vehicles and aircrafts.
Basilisk- Artillery vehicle with very long range.
Can handle light infantry on close range also.
Leman Russ Battle Tank- Standard storm unit of Imperial Guards army.
Baneblade- Super heavy storm tank with universal destination.
Many HP and good damages.
Avoid fights against enemy swarm attacks.
