This will probably have some significance in later episodes.

The second important choice has to be made towards the end of chapter five.

You will have to tell Gordon about your relation with Lucius.

PC

Note: Should you tell the truth, Gordon will be dissapointed to have learned this from Riddler.

It will also get him closer to learning true Batman’s identity.

The third important choice happens in chapter six.

PC

If you care about good relations with the commissioner, go to Mori.

If you want to cooperate with the Agency, go to Eli.

This one is a bit different.

PC

If you transfer the money, Mori will be happy and you’ll be free to leave.

If you beat Eli, one of the policemen will be furious and disappointed with your conduct.

Gordon will also be very displeased.

PC

Amanda will approve, on the other hand.

If you bluff, your relations with Gordon will improve, contrary to the relations with the Agency.

The last choice happens around the end of chapter six, when Batman is trapped.

PC

Riddler will force you into answering two riddles.

If you let them die, she will not lose her hearing, but will be overburdened with guilt.
