F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon

On the right, there’s an entrance to the ventilation shaft with a label “Keep out”.

You’ll go outside nearby.

There’s a power switch here (but it won’t be useful anymore) and aMedkit.

Shoot at the padlock and continue walking down the corridor.

Thus, you must go right and then left.

Cannons shouldn’t do you any harm.

Jump on the table and break the metal plate.

In the bigger hall, behind the door, a window pane will fall down from the roof.

Soon, four soldiers will appear.

Take the enemies' weapons - threeG2A2 Assault Riflesand one10mm HV Penetrator.

Enter the room and take theMedkitfrom the desk opposite to the entrance.

Next, go back to the hall where you’ve fought, and keep going the only available path.

You’ll get past a pathway - remember about it.

Another areas that you must investigate are the two halls with elevators.

The halls are interconnected by a corridor and lab rooms.

You should meet the last adversary somewhere in the lab rooms.

After finishing all four off, you could take the10 HV Penetratorfrom the hall.

You’ll also find twoN6A3 Fragmentation Grenadeson the second box.

Keep walking down the next corridor.

You’ll see a door on the left and another one on the right.

First, change your weapon or simply take aMOD-3 Multi-Rocket Launcherwhich is lying on the left.

Next, search the room on the right - you’ll acquire aMedkit.

After that, enter the room on the left.

You’ll find plenty of equipment inside: aBody Armor, aMedkit, aVK-12 Combat Shotgunand aG2A2 Assault Rifle.

Go to the next room and take anotherBody Armor.

There’s a button nearby - save the game and press it.

From above, a robot shooting with rockets will go down.

Do you still recall the open pathway?

If yes, then run away there as fast as you’re able to.

The robot will be pursuing you but it shouldn’t be able to go through the pathway.

Stand behind the window pane.

The rockets shot by your adversary should do you no harm.

After you’ve destroyed the robot, go to the second hall and stand on the elevator.

Push the button to go up.

Go outside the room and get to the second hall.

Go up the ladder and then on the ceiling.

Keep walking further till you’ll be able to fall down to the room with an orange light on.

The only path from here leads to the ladder.

Climb it up but then don’t go straight, instead, look around you.

On the left, you’ll see a metal plate - break it down.

Enter the ventilation shaft and crash another plate.

Go back through the ventilation shaft and go straight.

The ladder on the left will lead you upstairs.

Go to the place from where you’ll fall down.

Before you push the button, visit the room on the right.

There’s aHealth Booster, aMedkitand atelephonewith some voice mails left.

Hit the button and exit through the door to get to the middle hall.

Keep going further, cross the railing to get to the room.

Inside, there’s a10mm HV Penetrator, aMedkitand twoAT-5 Proximity Mines.

Approach the control panel and press the button.

You’ll be able to control the cannon.

Until you don’t shoot, the soldiers won’t start shooting at the cannon.

Keep in mind that you should turn Slo-Mo on and off also when using this mode.

Just kill as many enemies as possible.

Next, jump over the rail and keep walking down the corridor with the office posts.

You’ll meet a soldier, then three more will appear (two will run out together).

Pick the dead enemies' weapons:G2A2 Assault Rifles,RPL Sub-MachinegunsandVK-12 Combat Shotguns.

You must find an open wooden door.

Take it and leave.

Jump over the railing and you’ll advance to the next stage.
