Go from the MedBay to the laboratories in which you could talk to Doctor Gene Barett.
Turn left in laboratory number 21.
Use the elevator, pass through the technical tunnel and ride down the elevator.
In the laboratory you will find the comic on the table.
Before the stairs down on the left you’ve got the option to go to a side corridor.
