You will be able to do that with no additional obstacles.
Reach the southwestern corner of Tickfaw Harbor and speak to Donovan who is sitting inside the blue van.
The docks that surround the ship are restricted, forcing you to be careful.
You must reach to the bridge shown on picture.
It will enable you to enter the ship.
The ship exploration is very linear and during it you will face at least a few gangsters.
Due to the limited space, you should eliminate all of them (preferably by using silent takedowns).
You must reach the red sports car that belongs to Pagani.
Press the interaction button to attach the unit received from Donovan to it.
Now all that’s left is to leave the docks.
If you acted from surprise, you could return the same way you got in.
If you did it already, you’re free to immediately start the second mission related to Pagani.
