Gathering ore from it can be accomplished by using Your creature.
Use the creature to guard, so that the opponent won’t invade Your territory.
Supplement the lacks in the army with new recruits.
After that, take over the next villages.
Once there is only the capital left, start creating more platoons (or even sooner).
Attack from two sides, the front and the ‘left’.
