On the other side of the room, go upstairs and you will reach place with a broken switch.
You will find an Insect Larva beneath the broken Scaffolding (go onto the platform for the brick).
fire up the door at the end of it.
Inside, after going down, watch out for single enemies and a lot of spiders.
Go back to the main part of the sewers.
Here you will find the box that you could’ve dropped down in Claire’s Campaign.
Use it to get onto the shelf on the right.
Then, head through the corridor to the next part of the sewers.
If you turn right, you will find a box with random content.
Heading towards the exit, watch out for the invisible enemy.
Inside, approach the old man’s dead body.
Take the Key to the sewers from the hook.
After that, it’s possible for you to leave through the door on the right.
