After speaking withBean, go to the nearby farm - you gotta findRichard.
The farm is nearBeanso you’ve got the option to go there by foot.
The farm is occupied by a few enemies.
After killing all enemies, you will have to chaseRichard.
Keep following him - the man will soon stop.
Speak with the NPC.
You will learn that the item you are looking for is in the nearby bunker.
Kill enemies with flamethrowers from a distance - aim at the gas tanks on their backs.
The entire place is in flames.
Head to the room on the right - you will findBean’sbusiness plan.
