Part - It’s in the possession of a sniper who is hiding inside the southern observation tower.
These are nine war diaries, three collectible cards, one Long Shot and two weapon parts.
Note - the enemies armed with better weapons should stay put in the spots marked on the map.
The only exception is the situation in which they are alarmed.
