The above map presents RVAC Slums, which are a part of Utulek Complex.
Only exception is one of the first rooms of the slums, whereTibor Sokol(M17,2)is present.
Jensen can talk to Sokol, but only if he sneaks up to him.
During the exploration of the slums, you won’t find any merchants.
