However, it isn’t easy to get there, and it is even harder to find that place.

In the stash you will find 6x Neuropozyne, 4x painkillers and 3 biocells.
Above the Tubehouse(M3,17)in the western part of the district there is a small apartment.
so that get there, you must jump on the glass roof above the street.
you could get there from the Roars Garden(M3,18)side.
Walk through the roof to the opposite end and from there jump to the balcony of the apartment.
First enter the bathroom - there is a gas mine ahead, so be careful.
You enter that place via the garages in front of the bank.
