In the first chapter of the campaign, you play as Kamala before she has gained her powers.
You will get the full control of her abilities in the second chapter of the story campaign.

After completing the Missing Links mission, Hulk will permanently join your team.
Iron Man - how to unlock?
After you complete this task, the Iron Man will join your team permanently.
Black Widow - how to unlock?
Black Widow can be unlocked after completing To Stand Alone mission.
After completing this task, Black Widow will be automatically added to your superheroes list.

After completing this task, Thor will be automatically added to your superheroes list.
