This quest can be activated in two ways.
The first one implies exploring [Grissom Academy] as part ofGrissom Academy: Emergency Evacuation.
Soon after meeting with Octavia you should come across theimproved biotic amp interfaces(screen above).
interact with it to activate this quest.
The second option is hearing the conversation of an Asari in [Citadel: Huerta Memorial Hospital].
It will concern her desire to obtain the biotic interfaces from Grissom Academy.
Regardless of the chosen option, you’re gonna wanna give her the schematics.
