However, there are certain specializations that are necessary for specific assignments.
Tomography scanner is a great example here - this assignment requires a doctor who specializes in radiology.
No one else will take a stab at work with this rig.

People with greater experience will earn more.
Their recruitment payment is also higher.
You aren’t limited to their starting skills.
A trainee determines whether you will have to pay for a training or not.

An office should be placed after you are done with training.
Skills can’t be developed infinitely.Each staff member has a certain number of ability slots.
The higher the level, the more abilities they can use.
The maximum number of slots is five.
Because of that you should limit their job assignments.
fire up the staff window and select Job Assignment tab.
Thanks to that you’ve got the option to reduce situations where your employees switch jobs.
Your staff also has feelings.
It is expressed by two values: morale and traits.
The first one informs you about your staff’s needs.It is affected by, e.g.
thirst or a need to go to a toilet.
An employee’s salary also affects this value.
The second value informs you how much stamina your employees have.
When it is too low, a staff member will go on a break.
Therefore, you should always have a spare employee.
Remember to build enough social rooms so every staff member will be able to access them.
Otherwise, their morale will reach the lowest value.
