Move towards the left wall, then using telekinesis move the rocks.

Goo under water.
Swim to the right, towards the waterfall, and you should find an under-water mine; hit it.
This will unlock a passage to a cave containing a Minikit.

You should notice a target above the waterfall.
Shoot it to get a Minikit.
Minikit #10
The final Minikit is found in the cave with a statue.
There’s atrailon the left, which will lead you to the secret.
