To unlock this Gwenpool mission you have to complete other three side quests.
The first one is in Xandar (Mantis - Touchy Feelers).
The second quest is from Taserface (Name-A-Face).
The third mission is from Nova Prime who can also be found in Xandar.
The ninth Gwenpool mission is on top of the central building in Xandar.
Walkthrough
Switch to Spider-Man and activate the terminal presented in the picture above.
Then, go to the room with beds and create a platform for Captain America.
Switch to that character and throw his shield at the red buttons.
Thanks to that you will be able to build the first object connected to the mission.
Go to the next part of the ship.
Destroy containers on the right and build a control panel.
You have to lead the blue beam to the monitor.
This can be done by shooting the targets that are on the panel.
Go down (the elevator is in the last room) and switch to Groot.
Get on the platform on the left.
Then, use the scattered bricks and build two bars.
Hang two characters on them simultaneously.
Next, switch to Star-Lord and throw a gravity mine at the spot on the ceiling.
Lastly, switch to Spider-Man and use the control panel.
Align the pictures on the ground to create one big picture.
The first is in the center of the ship.
The pink brick is in the container on the left from the third generator.
The drone leaves the ship and rescues Stan Lee.
Destroy them as Doctor Strange and find a cassette.
Use his special powers to move the cassette to the tape recorder on the right.
The character token appears shortly after the music starts to play.
