In the central part of the port you’ve got the option to notice a group of bystanders.
When you get closer to them you learn that they gathered around a murdered person.
Use the scanner on the corpse, listen toSAM’scommentary and speak with theOutcast guard.
Reyesis inSlumsand you must use a tram console to get there.
it’s possible for you to find him in the bar.
You receive a new side quest -A People Divided.
Rewards for finishing the quest:XP,A People Dividedside quest unlocked.
