The best methods of eliminating Soders are described below.
Note- This section describes the steps needed for completing the Opportunity called “Ghost in the Machine”.
However, it’s possible for you to reach the surgical unit using a different outfit (e.g.
as a surgeon).
To get it easily, begin with getting a chef outfit and arat poison.
Wait until the director appears and tastes the meal.

As you are wearing the director’s outfit, nobody will bother or frisk you.
Find any staircase that leads to the third level of this building.
While you’re up there, watch out for single guards, as they may recognize you.

Approach the main surgeon, who will start following you.
Proceed to the pill stash(M8,12).
Enter the neighboring room and approach the control console(M8,34).
Start interacting with it.
Begin with accessing a small room that is next to the morgue.
Take a look atresearch assistant’s notes(M8,26).
Read them to learn about a neurochip that is used by the Custodian working in the hospital.
The plan involves breaking into the chip.
The area is not restricted, and you could enter it through the door or the window.
Once you’ve picked up the pilot, enter the morgue -The Curatoris one of its employees.
Approach him, find the pilot and use it to increase the dose.
Amused Custodian will proceed to the organ room(M7,28)and ask the guards stationed there to leave.
Otherwise, use the pilot again to decrease the dose.
Begin with acquiring a morgue staff outfit.
Additionally, see to it that you have a wrench.
It will force the guards to leave the room, allowing you to destroy the heart without being detected.
Now enter the second control room(M8,35)and interact with the console to abort the procedure.
Quickly return to the defibrillator console.
Interact with the unit, and apply one of the poisons - you’ll receive alethal stem cell container.
You now have to reach the stem cell control room(M8,31).
Avoid using the main operating room(M8,30)as you may be easily detected.
Instead, find a convenient staircase next to the morgue that leads to this area(M8,30).
Once you’ve entered the room wait until one of the employees leaves the area.
If the room is clear, approach the stem cell equipment and place the poisoned container inside.
As a result,Erich Soderswill die almost instantly.
Begin with acquiringErich Soders' kill list.
Approach the laptop and remove the pendrive.
Don’t get detected by other surgeons during this approach.
Walk to the computer, and load the kill list.
After a moment, the main surgeon should enter the room.
He will look at the computer, and learn that Erich Soders killed his father.
The revelation won’t be enough to impel the main surgeon to get revenge from Soders.

In this variant, the surgeon overdoses, taking more pills than necessary to perform the surgery.
The main surgeon will approach the control panel, and will use the operating robot to murderErich Soders.

Another thick-skinned method, but is rewarded with an optional challenge (One Last Time, Mr. Soders).
This time, the plan involves revealing your identity to Soders before you kill him.
Once again, begin in the morgue(M8,28).
Wear your standard suit, and equip a silenced pistol.
Wait until the room will be visited by a surgeon and kill that person using the pistol.
Enter the operating theatre(M8,30)and QUICKLY stand in the location shown on the screenshot above.
Once your job is done, return to the morgue, as the guards will be looking for you.
