The mission takes place on the day of Isabella Caruso’s death anniversary.

Go to doctor Lafayette(M4,27), stand nearby and listen to his conversation on the phone.
Attack him as soon as his goes to smoke(M4,29).
Take his suit and hide the waiter in the dumpster.
Change your disguise into his clothes and come back to the main entrance to the cafe(M4,37).
Go stealthy behind the clerk behind she takes a good look at you.
Wait for another employee to look outside of the window and steal the rat poison(M4,13).
Come back to the doctor, wait until he goes away and poison his drink(M4,28).
After taking few sips, he will go to the toilet.
Go to Caruso mansion(M4,2).
Sit on the chair and wait for your target to lay on the couch.
Strangle him and hide his body in a wardrobe.
Enter the building and call his apartment.
Sneak behind him when will see who is calling.
Inside, change the suit(M4,8)and take the card to the mansion(M4,9).
Exit through the balcony and go to the roof below.
Turn left and go down(M4,25).
Walk around the building, pass by two guards and go to the kitchen(M4,5).
Introduce yourself to the chef.
You will be given a task.
Approach the cooker and start preparing the sauce.
After that, go outside and press the bell in front of the door to call Silvio.
Close to the dish, there is a rat poison.
Use it on the pot with the meal.
Hide behind the corner(M4,15)and wait for Silvio to start vomiting.
Approach him and break his neck.
Hide his body in a wooden chest.

Listen to the conversation
This is a very quick and easy way of assassination.
Go to one of the mansion’s balconies(M4,10), to overhear a conversation of the employees.
You will find out that Silvio is a sentimental key in who often watches the movies from his youth.
Go to the observatory(M4,16)nearby.
By a telescope, you will see a VHS tape.
Pick it up(M4,11).
Go downstairs and enter a big room(M4,14).
Put the tape on and wait for Silvio to come.
Wait for Silvio to enter the room and for the bodyguards to leave.
Stop pretending being a doctor, pick up a knife from a display and slit Silvio’s throat.
Hide the body in the chest.
Go to the room of Silvio’s mother(M4,9).
Pick up a medical record to find out that Caruso has been traumatised.
You will have to re-enact the shocking events to make him panic.
Come back to the main entrance and turn on the stair lift(M4,6).
Come back to the room of the mother(M4,9)and use the bell to call the service.
Turn on the air conditioning as well to make the chair rock.
Now, hind in the chest and wait for Silvio.
Wait for him to pass out and kill him.
Hide his body in the box where you have been hiding.
You choose the location of this hideout in the beginning of the mission.
Later, get to the Silvio’s mansion in any way described before.
Silvio will die and the security will start searching the area.
A very quick and easy way of an assassination.
Climb to the roof of the mansion, in the area of the chimney(M4,46).
There is an explosive gas bottle nearby.
Pick it up and wait for Silvio to turn the meat on a grill(M4,45).
As soon as he starts doing it, throw the tank at the chimney to cause a lethal explosion.
This is a more interesting variant of luring Silvio away from his bodyguards.
Go to the main entrance of the cafe(M4,37)and sneak behind the backs of the employees.
Enter the staircase and head to the room of a bohemian(M4,34).
Take a joint(M4,12)from the desk while the bohemian is in a bathroom.
Go to Caruso’s mansion now in any way you like.
Head to Silvio’s grill(M4,45), where a pack of cigarettes lies.
Plant a joint and wait for the target to smoke.
Keep your distance as the joint will be strong and your target will be knocked out.
This will alarm the guards.
Wait for the right moment and fire.
This is the hardest as well as the most spectacular solution.
Acquire magnetic card to the lab(M4,5).
Then, wait for Silvio as he approaches a fire alarm(M4,60), and turn it on.
Head t the laboratory with the stairs nearby.
Silvio will follow you with his bodyguards in no time.
Here you have several options.
Whatever you choose, Silvio will move to his plane(M4,52).
A timer will start counting down the time left for Silvio to leave.
Run to the courtyard with the cannons(M4,43)and prepare a cannon to shoot.
Fire when there will be ten seconds left on the timer.
Is best to use this way when you have a hideout in a castle unlocked.
Equip yourself with a sniper rifle.
Press a button for the dome of the observatory to make the telescope appear(M4,12).
Silvio will come there soon.
Wait for Silvio to look through the lens and shoot him.
