This is one of the Heleus Assignments (side quests) inMass Effect: Andromedagame.
This quest can be started when you are exploringKadara Port.
Grayson Wesslercan be found inDocksinKadara Port.
You should speak with him.
You learn that, by mistake, Grayson exiled Remi Tamayo to wilderness.
He asks you to find her before Grayson’s superior finds out about the mistake.
Thewardenis inside the outpost inSlums(use the tram console), near the exit to wilderness.
The location is in the south-east corner of the map and you could have some problems with getting there.
Johanand his exiles had taken one of the buildings complexes in the location.
During the fight have a go at use rocks as covers.
The enemies, at least in the beginning of the fight, will have the height advantage.
Remi Tamayois kept on the highest floor of the building near which the exiles were defending themselves before.
Free her and then speak with her to learn more about her kidnapping.
This completes the quest.
