Get outside and on a lorry to the right. Take the supplies and climb up the roof. Remove the boards and get inside. Then walk to the stairs. Get to a passage on the right. Head towards a tunnel and watch out for crawling zombies and headcrabs....

But the most important among all others areTreasuries: destroying any of them finishes the game. Every next chamber improves your power. But be careful, most of them requires workers, and you have only limited amount of them. It is worth to set uptrapsat the crossroads of important corridors....
But later you are going to command the base, which must be expanded with many upgrades. You have to build a lot of defending towers and recruit a large army. Moreover, you will have the occasion to use mighty dwarven catapults. Take care of it, because enemy can easily destroy it. It would be great loss because catapults have great power and can destroy building and soldiers as well. Take care of them - they are really battle machines....
