Paradigms are the combination of roles that can be used inFinal Fantasy XIII.
Medic + Medic + Sentinel
This is the best healing paradigm.
Two healers will heal every wound in one round with easy andSentinelwith theChallengeability will slow the chain gauge.
Try not to use it when your enemy has very powerful AOE.
You will be forced to change to healing paradigm very often and that will cost you time.
Saboteur/Synergist + Medic + Sentinel
It is safer version of the previous paradigm.
You will do not have to worry about your teammates health.SentinelandMedicwill handle will damage taken andSynergist/Saboteurwill do the rest.
