In the case of some of the missions, you may have to dispatch, e.g.
three followers, where each one can counter one of the opponent’s abilities.
It is a good idea to look up the percentage chance of completing the mission.
It is best to dispatch the followers on mission, when the probability of success is 100%.

Missions vary in length.
Some of them, however, are as long as 12 hours.
