Leon’s visit in the police parking garage differs slightly from Claire’s version.
Go south-east, to themorgue.
On your way, you will encounter multiple zombie-dogs - don’t waste your shotgun ammo on them.
The second-to-last furnace contains thepink key (diamond).
Prison
Go back to the parking garage, and go to its west part - theprison.
Reach the last prison cell and watch a cut-scene.
you should probably find the missing parts.
Repair the box and you will unlock the cell.
Inside it, you will find an identifier.
This item opens the gate to the parking garage.
Take thetool - crankfrom the table.
Use thecrankto kick off the gate.
Go to the room on the right.
Go up the stairs.
Enter the small room and go to its back - you will find afuse.
Use the item to fire up the locked gate.
Go back to the main hall by going through thewest office.
