If your relations with one of the superpowers drop to zero, the game will end for you.
The relations can be impacted by decisions you make during the game and by your constitution laws.
The foreign policy
During the game, you will encounter many superpowers.
They change with the eras, making it impossible to create long-term alliance before you reach the modern times.
The objectives of various countries will frequently conflict with each other.
Thecold waris a good example of that.
During this era, there are two superpowers: the Western Powers and the Eastern Bloc.
If you decide to reject them, you will automatically worsen your relations with the superpower.
Embassyplays an important role in the foreign policy.you’ve got the option to invite superpowers to these buildings.
These actions become unlocked as you reach high enough relations.
Additionally, theEmbassycan modify the value of your relations with a superpower if it is surrounded by specific buildings.
For example, the Axis will be satisfied if military buildings are placed nearby.
Building an object near the Embassy is one of the types of tasks given by the superpowers.
Dismissing it will temporarily block your port.
Then you will receive another special task.
If you once again refuse to complete it, you will lose the game.
Domestic policy
Domestic policy is as important as foreign policy.
You must keep the people happy of your regime.
Otherwise winning the election might be problematic.
It will also increase the chance for a military coup against you.

Similar actions can be performed on faction leaders.
People with specific roles in the society can be revealed for example by using thePolice Stationor media buildings.
The list of identified citizens can be found in the Almanac.
They come from various factions and hiring them will provide you with various profits[3].
Additionally, the faction from which the hires is from will be more attracted to you.
Elections are the most important factor.
They will determine whether you will keep on playing.
After information that people are demanding elections appear, you’re able to decide to ignore it.
However, in most cases it is a path of no return.
It will greatly reduce public approval, frequently making it impossible to fix the loss.
After winning the election you will receive a task related to your promise.
You will have your next cadency to complete it.
Constitution
Once you gain independence, it’s possible for you to write your own constitution.
Constitution laws can be changed once a few years.
Creating a totalitarian society will require selecting many rules that will provide the people only with basic laws.
