You will have to find a good cover (walls, pillars…).

Remember to lean out a lot.
An allied gunship should arrive here shortly.
Gather the rest of the team around your position.
Move forward a little.
There are some more terrorists inside the large building on your right (#1).
You will have to kill them all.
Watch out for a single sniper!
The VIP should be able to reach the gunship on its own (#2).
Nonetheless, you must escort him to the helicopter.
Wait for him to take a seat inside.
